How soon can you start?

Generally, investigations can begin immediately. Sometimes it may be beneficial to delay starting an investigation, or we may need to perform certain tasks before others. See this post for more information on timeframes. We will always consult with you to determine what course of action will yield the best results possible.

Will you guarantee my results?

No case at any firm can ever be 100% guaranteed. Any investigator who guarantees any results before conducting an investigation is practicing unethically, and should be avoided. All investigations will be conducted to the best of industry standards, and no shortcuts will be taken at Medusa Investigative Agency. However, no results can or will be promised going in to an investigation.

Will my case be discreet?

Yes, our process of investigation involves leading processes that works to substantially obscure outside eyes from detecting any ongoing investigation. Additionally, we commit to never sharing any investigation details with individuals YOU did not authorize.

Are you willing to perform any illegal or unethical actions?

Medusa Investigative Agency was founded on the concept that too many investigative agencies in the PNW are comfortable blurring, or outright disregarding ethics and the law- especially when it comes to minority or underrepresented individuals. Medusa holds up to the highest ethical scrutiny and is accepting of all individuals from every walk of life. We will never violate standard ethics of practice or the law, and this will substantially benefit your investigation when it comes under review or scrutiny.

What does a Private Investigation cost?

All investigations will have a different cost. We take pride in having the best value for any private investigation firm in the Pacific Northwest, and will always work to best fill your needs during the quoting process.
